Here is the documentary, Liebe zwischen den Fronten: Abdullah und Rania von Jordanien. The program is in German and unfortunately there are no sub-titles.
On the morning of Wednesday, July 27, 2016, Her Majesty Queen Letizia of Spain participated in a meeting with the directors of the Centros del Instituto Cervantes in Madrid, Spain. Yesterday’s meeting was held on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the creation of the Centros del Instituto Cervantes which “…promotes [the] Spanish language and culture throughout the world.”
On Wednesday, July 27, 2015, Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall attended the opening of the 135th Sandringham Flower Show (SFS) at Sandringham Park in Norfolk, England.
According to a press release the SFS is considered to be:
“…one of the most prestigious horticultural events in the East of England. Many of the region’s leading nurseries and horticultural specialists exhibit. In addition to these displays the show features display gardens by leading designers, around 200 trade stands (both horticultural and general), a craft marquee, main arena events, children’s entertainment and a military band.
The Royal marquees contain the competitions in vegetables, fruit, flowers and floral art, with the entries grown by local residents; there are also some open classes which anyone may enter. In the amateur’s marquee, local gardening and horticultural clubs enter a judged display competition, whilst the Horticultural Trades marquee features displays by leading nurseries.
The Gardeners’ Forum is the venue for gardening talks by top television gardeners Chris Beardshaw and Alan Mason, who are joined by Martyn Davey, Head of Horticulture & Design at Easton College, and radio gardener and allotment expert Terry Walton. Nick Hamilton from Barnsdale Gardens will also be present. The Gardeners’ Forum culminates in a Gardeners’ Questions event.
The profits from each show are donated to local charities and since 1977 the Show Committee have donated more than £500,000 to local charities.”
On Tuesday, July 26, 2016, Her Majesty Queen Letizia of Spain arrived at the Parque del Retiro in Madrid to preside over the 25th Edition of the Premios FEDEPE (Spanish Federation of Female Directors, Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs).
The FEDEPE awards recognize women leaders as well as organizations for their exceptional championship of gender equality.
On Sunday, July 24, 2016, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco officially opened the 3rd Edition of the Euro Mini Jam held at the Parc Princesse Antoinette in Monte-Carlo, Monaco.
The Euro Mini Jam gathers guides and scouts from the ages of 12-15 years from various small states in Europe including Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Iceland, Isle of Man, and Malta to participate in “…activities such as a treasure hunt, hiking, rafting or sailing.”
