On Friday, October 26, 2012, Their Serene Highnesses Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco were in Montreal, Quebec, Canada to attend the Ritz-Carlton Montreal’s 100th anniversary gala.
During the event the sovereign prince and princess inaugurated “… the luxurious Royal Suite…” which was renamed the Grimaldi Suite. Afterward, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene along with hundreds of guests partied at the “...hotel’s brand-new rooftop pool, where stunning views of Montreal’s midnight skyline and an electric harpist enthralled guests into the early hours.”

On October 26, 2012, Their Royal Highnesses Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia of Asturias along with Her Majesty Queen Sofia of Spain attended the 2012 Premios Príncipe de Asturias held at the Teatro Campoamor in Oviedo, Spain.

His Majesty King Juan Carlos I of Spain Visits India. (VIDEOS)
His Majesty King Juan Carlos I of Spain is currently on a four-day official visit to India to “… strengthen bilateral ties in a number of areas including sectors like infrastructure, transport, energy and defense.”
Any way, today the old king visited the Raj Ghat in Delhi where he placed a wreath at the memorial of the late Mahatma Gandhi. Afterward, he signed the “… book of honor and received a bust of Gandhi…”
His Majesty also held a meeting with Sonja Gandhi, Sushma Swaraj and Hamid Hausari. At the end of the day, His Majesty King Juan Carlos I presided over the signing of bilateral agreements and participates in the business forum Espana-India.

On October 25, 2012, Their Royal Highnesses Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden attended the opening of the Alfons Åberg Kulturhus in Göteborg.
Whilst at the opening a Swedish journalist asked Crown Princess Victoria what she thought about the recent engagement announcement between Princess Madeleine and Mr. Christopher O’Neill, “It’s terrific. We are all very happy…” beamed the crown princess.
In other news, Princess Madeleine and Mr. Christopher O’Neill have left Sweden this afternoon bound for London, England. The Swedish royal court Information Officer, Mr. Bertil Ternert, noted that the couple are in London to meet with relatives. It is unknown how long they will stay in the city. On October 25, 2012, Her Majesty Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands participated in a farewell ceremony for Italian President, Mr. Giorgio Napolitano, held at the Paleis Noordeinde in Den Haag.
