HRH Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg Attends the Sete Sóis Sete Luas Cultural Festival.

On Friday, July 1, 2022, His Royal Highness Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg attended the inauguration of the Sete Sóis Sete Luas Cultural Festival in Esch-Sur-Alzette.

According to the Cour Grand-Ducale, the Sete Sóis Sete Luas Cultural Festival:

“…has been imagined with the influences of 30 cities from 12 Mediterranean and Lusophone countries: Brazil, Cape Verde, Croatia, Spain, France, Israel, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Slovenia, Tunisia, and Turkey.”

During the opening of the cultural festival, Grand Duke Henri and hundreds of attendees enjoyed a concert by the 7Soís Luso Med Esch Orkestra an orchestral project which consists of six musicians from Cape Verde, Spain, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, and Luxembourg.

Thereafter, the grand duke dined on delicious cuisine by Cape Verde chef Soayla, mingled with the cultural festival attendees and viewed various artworks.

HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco Celebrates the 120th Anniversary of the Sûreté Publique de Monaco.

On Friday, July 1, 2022, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco accompanied by his niece, Mrs. Charlotte Casiraghi Rassam, attended the 120th Anniversary celebrations of the Sûreté Publique de Monaco held at the Musée Océanographique de Monaco in Monaco-Ville.

Established in 1902 by the His Serene Highness Prince Albert I, the Sûreté Publique de Monaco is placed under the patronage of Saint George and the motto, Fides, Diligentia, Virtus.

During yesterday’s celebrations, Prince Albert II gave a speech as well as presented medals to Officiers, Mr. Guillaume Oversteyns and Mr. Charly Dubrulle, for their “…exceptional acts of courage and dedication to the public safety force…”
