While a majority of reigning European monarchs were in Oslo yesterday to attend the gala dinner for Her Royal Highness Princess Ingrid Alexandra of Norway, Her Majesty Queen Letizia of Spain remained in Madrid to carry out her duties.

On Friday, June 17, 2022, Her Majesty presided over the Fundación Residencia de Estudiantes Board of Trustees meeting in Madrid. Residencia de Estudiantes is one of the most important cultural centers in Spain.
