Fresh from his fabulous trip to Italy, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco is back at work. This morning the sovereign prince, accompanied by the Monaco Police Commissioner, Richard Marangoni,  inaugurated the new headquarters of the GPSI (Groupe de Protection, de Surveillance et d’Intervention) on Avenue de l’Annonciade in Monte-Carlo.
