On the morning of Tuesday, March 8, 2022, Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Mary of Denmark participated in the Boston Consulting Group and UN Women Nordic Office’s Gender Diversity Roundtable (GDR) discussion held at The UN City in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The Gender Diversity Roundtable is an initiative that aims to share experiences and practices on how to advance gender diversity in Denmark. Moreover, the goal of the GDR is to identify concrete and actionable steps to advance gender diversity along the career journey, from education to the executive team, with the objective to strengthen performance and promote greater diversity in management teams.
