Once inside the new facilities, The Duke was introduced to designers and building contractors who worked on the project, as well as donors, including Mr Dickson Poon, and academics.
A traditional Chinese ribbon cutting ceremony was held in the courtyard before The Duke of Cambridge met members of the public during a brief walkabout.”
