His Royal Highness The Earl of Wessex Opens the Spetchells Centre and Visits the Montrose Air Station Heritage Centre.

On Friday, July 26, 2013, His Royal Highness The Earl of Wessex opened the Spetchells Centre in Prudhoe, Northumberland.  The centre provides services for the community and voluntary groups in Prudhoe.  After the unveiling of a plaque, commemorating the opening, the earl was given a tour of the facility as well as met with local dignitaries.
