On the evening of June 23, 2013, His Serene Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco, Her Royal Highness Princess Caroline of Hanover, and Her Serene Highness Princess Stephanie of Monaco watched from the balcony of the Palais Princier the 2013 Fête de la Saint-Jean (Feast of St. John the Baptist) celebrations.
During yesterday’s event the princely family clapped and smiled as members of the Palladienne de Monaco performed traditional dances around a bonfire in the palais square. If you are interested in learning more about Fête de la Saint-Jean please visit the site, Catholic Culture, here.

Why was HSH Princess Charlene not present
She was in South Africa attending her brother’s wedding on Saturday. She returned to Monaco this afternoon. 🙂
