Well, the Service of Thanksgiving, held at St. Paul’s Cathedral, is over. If you missed the live coverage you still have a chance to watch the carriage procession down The Mall as well as the balcony appearance live at Buckingham Palace here beginning roughly around 2:20 pm London time according to press release.
Of course, for those living in the United States you can watch a recorded version of the entire Service of Thanksgiving on BBC America (the channel will air it back to back early this morning). And, finally, if you do not receive BBC America I have no doubt today’s event will be uploaded on You Tube in the near future. 🙂
Oh! I almost forgot. This evening at 6pm London time Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will “…make a special broadcast of thanks following this weekend’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations” according to a press release via the palace.
The message from Her Majesty will be recorded and shown on British television network, ITN, and later uploaded to the official You Tube channel for the British monarchy. Yay! 🙂
