On the morning of January 3, 2013, Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II and His Royal Highness Prince Henrik of Denmark hosted New Year reception for members of the Gardehusarregimentets, Kongelige Livgardes, and judges from the Danish Supreme Court held at Christian VIIs Palace, Amalienborg, in Copenhagen. Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark were also present.
Afterward, Her Majesty, along with the prince consort and the crown princely couple, received members of the diplomatic corps at Christiansborg Palace.
