On October 10, 2012, at Christian IX’s Slot, Amalienborg, in Copenhagen Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II of Denmark held audiences with the Minister of Schleswig-Holstein, Mr. Torsetn Albig and with the Speaker of the British House of Commons, Mr. John Bercow.
Afterward, Her Majesty met with representatives from the Arthritis Society in “… connection with the presentation of the Queen Ingrid Research Prize…”
Meanwhile, Her Royal Highness Princess Marie of Denmark is currently visiting Cambodia as patron of DanChurchAid Development. During her visit the princess will tour various “…DanChurchAid projects which includes a women’s shelter, a training center for street children, and more in the cities of Phnom Penh, Prey Veng, and Andoung…” according to the Danish royal court.
