On Friday, August 24, 2012, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark was in Båstad, Sweden to participate in the 2012 Nordic Championship Masters in Dragon sailing. The competition ends on August 26.
Meanwhile in Copenhagen, Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Mary of Denmark was at the Designmuseum Danmark to preside over the St. Loye Prize and Medals.
The prize is awarded to “… a goldsmith, blacksmith, silver or precious medal designer who has shown their talent as well as visionary overview beyond the ordinary…” The winner will receive a 100,000 DKK.
And, finally, Her Royal Highness Princess Marie of Denmark attended 2012 Copenhagen Cooking, an event that “… celebrates Nordic cooking and Copenhagen… Scandinavia’s center for gastronomy and more…”
