After a lovely holiday in France with her family, Her Royal Highness Princess Marie of Denmark is back hard at work. Today, the beautiful French-born princess officially opened the North European Amateur Theatre Alliance (NEATA) Festival at Sønderborg Slot.
According to the NEATA press release the festival is:
“... a five-day event where about 200 theatre people from the Nordic countries, the Baltic countries and the rest of Europe will meet for five intense days crammed with theatre performances, workshops, and qualified theatre discussions.
Twelve theatre companies in all will participate in the festival which has been given the theme, Culture Across Borders: Theatre Crossing Borders…”
Princess Marie also attended the opening of the theatre performance, Prodigal, held at the Sønderborg Theatre.
