On June 10, 2012, Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Mary of Denmark was at the Horsens Kunstmuseum to unveil a new Hjerteforeningen (Heart Foundation) charity stamp as well as to “…participate in the 2012 Children’s Heart Fund Scholarship Awards…”
The new stamp showcases a new portrait of the crown princess by famed Danish photographer, Steen Evald. According to the official website for the Hjerteforeningen, the stamps will be:
… sold with a surcharge of 50 per cent. stamp and can be purchased at post offices, post shops and http://www.postdanmark.dk from 11 June 2012. The money will go to Heart Foundation. In this way, everyone who buys stamps, up on the association’s efforts to investigate, prevent and save lives.

Also today Crown Princess Mary, along with hundreds of guests, participated in a “…coastal walk with Danmarks Naturfredningsforening and Hjerteforeningen…”
